NORMAL POSTAGE

• First Item: SGD 1.50
• Subsequent Item(s): SGD 0.50 EACH
• Will be posted via postbox
• Will reach you via your unit's post box / left at your door (but seldom)
• No tracking number whatsoever. Hence, it is totally impossible to track down where your item is.
• We are not responsible for any loss of item(s) via normal postage. If you don't feel safe, opt for registered postage.

REGISTERED POSTAGE

• Additional SGD 2.50 ABOVE NORMAL POSTAGE
• Will be mailed via post office
• Receipt will be issued to us together with a tracking number (RA number)
• You will be provided the RA number once we get back from mailing your item. In the case that you do not receive your RA number within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation, please email us ASAP to let us know. We may have missed yours out.
• Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep personally by a postman. In the case that no one is around, a notification will be left at your door. Follow the instructions on the notification to collect your parcel.
