• All goods are brand new unless stated.
• All goods will be checked for its good quality before mailing out to you. Thus, no refunds for faulty goods will be entertained.
• NO DEADBUYERS/SCAMMERS. (to be blacklisted)
• Ask all questions in mind before confirmation of order. No changes will be entertained after order confirmation.
• Actual colour of goods may differ slightly from photo provided due to lighting.
• We do not do supply.

PAYMENT

• Only 1 payment for all expenditures (instocks, preorder, etc).
• ATM Transfer / iBanking. STRICTLY NO CONCEALED CASH (very risky & apparently illegal).
• For customers without ATM cards, meetup can be arranged to our convenience.
• FIRST PAY = FIRST RECEIVE
• NO RESERVATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT.
• Discounts & price negotiations given on a case-to-case basis.
• Payment to be made in full within 48 hrs of confirmation of order. (if you need more time, please state when ordering)
• Please adhere to the 48 hrs policy if you want to secure your item.
• If payment is not made within 48 hrs, your item may be given up to the next interested buyer (without prior notice) if there is one!
• All prices do not include postage charges unless stated.
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER PAYMENT FOR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.
• FULL REFUND GIVEN WHEN ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK (OOS).

COLLECTION

• Normal / Registered postage only.
• Strictly no meet ups unless at my house's void deck. (east area) Note that payment has to be made to our bank account (that will be provided after confirmation of order) before meet up. PAYMENTS VIA MEETUP ONLY FOR THOSE W/O ATM CARDS.
• We're NOT responsible for any loss of items through normal postage. Registered postage is highly recommended.
• MAILED = FREE NORMAL POSTAGE (registered postage charges still apply)

PREORDERS

• All prices include shipping + handling fees.
• We would only conduct 1 type of preorder. (takes about 2 weeks to arrive after we've placed the orders with the supplier)
• Please place orders only if you are willing to wait.
• Other respective T&C will be mentioned in the respective preorder posts.

• Amount added to the prices stated on the respective auction websites consists of shipping fees and local postage to our place.
• NO HANDLING FEES FOR ALL SPREES.
• Different sprees have different speeds. So only order if you are willing to wait.
• May take up to 6-8 weeks.
• We reserve every right to cancel any spree for any reason (may have to be kept confidential).
• FULL REFUND will be made to customers who have placed orders but the spree was cancelled in the end.

SWAPS / TRADES

• All items available for swaps / trades.
• Swap prices are initial prices - stated on collages
• If you initiate the swap, we cannot gurantee that we will also swap/trade. If we do not like your item(s), we would not be able to trade.
• Email us / leave a comment for enquiries on trades.
